You can only find this at Luneta Park, Manila . They provided a space for this art but, fenced/enclosed. This park has a historical value. It is the place where our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal is executed by a Spanish Military by a firing squad and this is also his resting place. His last poem was “Mi Ultimo Adios” (My Last Farewell) which he wrote on the day before his execution.

Corregidor is a small rocky island in the Philippines about 48 kilometers west of Manila which is strategically located at the entrance of Manila Bay . You can ride a super ferry boat found on the harbor side of the Cultural Center of the Philippines . Travel time takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Today, Corregidor is a historical site and a tourist destination. The island is divided into sections, the “head” or Topside. This is the main part of Corregidor where the headquarters, barracks, ware memorial, lighthouse are located. The “Middlside”, where the campsite, aviary, b ird Park and some ruins are located. China Town in Binondo, Manila . It is primarily populated by Chinese immigrants who choose to line in the Philippines . It is the center of commerce and trade for all types of businesses run by Chinese merchants. The street of Ongpin, is known for its gold jewelries. This street is named after a Filipino-Chinese merchant and philanthropist Roman Ongpin which is the first dealer of art supplies in Chinatown . You can also find a museum “Bahay Tsinoy” that houses heritage exhibits which retell the history of the Filipino-Chinese from the pre-Hispanic times to the colonial period.
Basilica Minor of the Immaculate Conception Manila, also known as the Manila Cathedral. It is the only cathedral in the world that was built and renovated six times. It was made first with nipa and bamboos in 1581 but in 1582 was damaged by a typhoon and razed by fire in 1583. It was then fixed in 1592 which was made of stone but ruined in 1600 by an earthquake. After the remodeling the Cathedral was hit again by two strong earthquakes that toppled the bell tower and it remained tower less from 1880 until 1959. It was constructed again in 1870-1879. It was build with a center cross of the dome but was toppled into ruins by bombing. The cathedral was rebuilt in 1954 and was elevated into the rank of minor basilica in 1981 by Pope John Paul II.
"Kalesa" or horse-drawn cart. In the 18th Century the kalesa was the upper classes mode of transport, only the nobles and officials could afford the luxury of the kalesa. It was also in the 18th Century that the kalesa was known as the Rolls Royce. Nowadays, you can rent the kalesa for 250 Php from Manila Catheral where they are mostly parked. You can also see some kalesa in Chinatown and even in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.

Luneta Park . Just beside the flagpole is the Rizal Monument , where foreign leaders attend wreath laying ceremonies during state visits. Pope John Paul II also visited the Philippines in 1995 and celebrated Mass for the World Youth day. It was estimated that four million people packed the Rizal Park . You can also find the National Animal of the Philippines which is the “carabao”. The carabao symbolizes as the farmer’s helper. It helps them tend the land where rice is planted.
