Durian King of Fruits

Durian, King of Fruits. I love this fruit. There was a time that I bought 8 pieces of durian. It’s like fiesta in our house. Some say they don’t like the smell of it but, it taste like heaven. It has a hard covering with thorn/spike husk it goes with green to brown color. It is usually round or oblong. Don’t miss to taste the durian ice cream. Just like the fruit it’s yummy and creamy. There are other products made of durian like tart and candy. Davao City celebrates its festival for abundant harvest of durian and flowers every year in the month of August.

Wordless Wednesday #24

Pearl Farm, main pool. The waters of this island resort are so inviting. Crystal clear waves lap gently on the shore and the calm surface of the rock pool washes over the edge into the se below. The clouds are so amazing. It’s nice to just sit here and watch the sun kiss the ocean and reminisce about you day in Pearl Farm.
