The funniest site I saw, once, while in Cebu, was when we saw a man that looked like the poster of a tarsier money. He was selling us a ticket for a ferry boat that we were to take to Bohol Island. He surprised us by saying that his picture was on the wall; surprised because it was a picture of the Tarsier, the smallest monkey in the world, and we were even more surprised, because the eyes of the money were large and bulging, and the ticket agents eyes were, indeed, a lot like his in appearance. Lol!

Floating Restaurant
Loboc-Loay River Cruise (floating restaurant). Not only you will enjoy the food prepared during the cruise but, you will surely enjoy more the majestic panorama of the nipa palm plantation along Loboc – Loay River . Sometimes wild ducks are seen feeding and swimming in the river. See also the smallest monkey (tarsier) in the world along the river. Tarsier the Smallest Monkey
Tarsier the smallest monkey can be found in Bohol . Their Latin name is “Tarsius Syrichta”. They have big eyes which gives them a very acute night vision which makes them good night hunters. There ears can move in the direction of any noise and their heads can swivel through 180 degrees which also help for hunting. They eat insects like cockroach and crickets. The Philippine tarsier in captivity will eat live shrimp and fish in a bowl of water. Their tail is very long about 232 mm. Its tail is used for balancing like a tripod. Height is between 90 to 60 mm (3.5 to 6.25 inches). Weight is between 70 to 165 grams (3-6 ozs).

Wordless Wednesday #12
Still have to pose after climbing the 214 steps to see the view of Chocolate Hills. This is the most famous tourist attraction in Bohol . Some say it looks like a women’s breast. The hills are covered in green grass that turns brown during the dry season. In the Chocolate Hills Complex have a restaurant, swimming pool and an observation deck.

Me and Hubby
Me and Hubby. My husband and I met in person in 2003. He came here in the Philippines . During his visit he went straight to Cagayan de Oro. We had our tour in Cebu . We also went to Camiguin. He came back again in 2004, this time we went to Palawan, Bohol and Bukidnon. We also took a trip in Camiguin with my family. It was also this year that I went to the states with my husband.
