Weekend Snapshot #1
filed in Weekend Snapshot on Sep.09, 2007
My first post of Weekend Snapshot. I didn’t have the chance to take some pictures this week. But this is what I took last night from my webcam. When I was in my 33 weeks of gestation/pregnancy of my second child, I craved for this Filipino cuisine soup. We called this “nilagang baka” or boiled beef mixed with vegetables. Vegetables will also affect the flavor of the broth. The most common choices are potatoes, carrots, Chinese cabbage or native cabbage, string beans, and to add to taste broccoli. Yummy!
